After I discovered how small lifestyle changes can make huge impact in my life, I became passionate about helping others live a happier and healthier life, so I became a certified health coach. 

Through the curriculum at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. 

Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with you to create a personalized plan that is flexible and fun.

Drawing on my expertise, we will work together to make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling motivated and inspired. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

3-Month or 6-Month 1:1 Health Coaching Packages

  • Two 50 mins sessions per month (can be done by phone/Skype/Google hangout if you're not local)
